CRL.M.C. 2532/2016 & Crl.M.A. 10881/2016 (stay) By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.80/2016 under Section 363/376/342 & Section 4 of POCSO Act registered at PS Baba Haridas Nagar on the ground that the petitioner and respondent No.2 have married and have thus settled the matter. Considering the seriousness of offence the above-noted FIR cannot be quashed. Petition and application are dismissed. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
