On the last date of hearing, an allotment cum demand letter had been handed over, by learned counsel for the respondent to Mr. C. Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, alongwith the costs of ₹ 15,000/- which had been imposed by this Court on an earlier occasion.

Mr. Rao had sought time to take instructions regarding the cost of the property as reflected in the allotment letter. 3.
Today, Mr. Rao submits that, though the cost is somewhat in excess of the actual value, his client does not seek to press the said W.P.(C) 7407/2016
issue, so that a quietus could be achieved to the controversy. As such, he is willing to accept the allotment cum demand letter in the terms reflected therein.

Consequently, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition which is disposed of as such.
