O R D E R

% 19.07.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 22nd December, 2014 passed in W.P.(C) No.9280/2014. However, in view of the subsequent order of the Division Bench dated 18th May, 2016 passed in LPA No.136/2016, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner would be governed by the aforesaid order of the Division Bench and not the order dated 22nd December, 2014.

Consequently, the present contempt petition and the applications are dismissed. However, in the event the petitioner is of the view that the Division Bench order is not being complied with, the petitioner is given liberty to file an appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
