% 22.11.2017 Placed on record is the mediation settlement dated 26.9.2017 arrived at between the petitioner and respondents No.2 for self and on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4 the minor children of the petitioner and respondent No.2 before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the said mediation settlement seeks to withdraw the present petition, despite non-deposit of the 50% of amount of arrears of maintenance in terms of order dated 2.8.2017 by the petitioner in present petition.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 submits that respondent No.2 has no opposition to the prayer made by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present petition. Learned APP for the State also has made a submission to the same effect.
