The settlement agreement dated 02.08.2017 is on record. It is informed by the learned counsel for the parties that the matter has been settled amicably. The payment has since been received in terms of the said settlement by the plaintiff. 2.

In view of this, learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw the present suit.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn as settled.

Since the matter is settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, the court fee under Section 16 of the Court Fee Act be refunded to the plaintiff. 4.
