Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 30.05.2016 has been recalled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be now approaching to the Appeals Committee in terms of the Rules and Procedures of Gender Sensitisation Committee Against Sexual Harassment (GSCASH).

He submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
