Devender Kumar Wadhwa & Others", regarding registration of memorandum of family settlement pending before the respondent No. 1, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today.

The above direction has been issued in view of the statement made on behalf of the petitioner that he does not wish to be afforded any opportunity of hearing in the said proceedings.
