O R D E R

% 01.12.2016 By an order dated 04.10.2016, it was proposed to appoint Mr Gurdeep Kumar, D & SJ (Retired) as the Sole Arbitrator. However, the appointment was deferred to elicit the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Arbitrator has since made the required disclosure; the parties have no objection to the same. Accordingly, Mr Gurdeep Kumar, D & SJ (Retired) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The Arbitrator shall fix his fees with consultation of the parties. However, the same shall be subject to a maximum of `3,00,000/-. The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for fixing the schedule of hearings. The petition is disposed of.
