% 29.08.2018 As admittedly the proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 are pending against the respondent no.3, the arbitration proceedings cannot be completed during the period of moratorium. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh depending upon the outcome of the proceedings before NCLT.
