This review petition is dismissed because this Court will execute a decree, irrespective of pecuniary jurisdiction, if passed by this Court. If however decree is passed by a court other than this Court, being the Himachal Pradesh High Court in this case, execution petition will have to be tried and decided by the Court which has pecuniary jurisdiction. This aspect is already stated in para 1 of the order dated 10.3.2016. 2.
