% 08.05.2017 The present application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail in FIR No.1110/2014, under Sections 363/366/376/34 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Moti Nagar.

The present application was filed on 30.03.2017 through one Mr.Shivam Chowdhry, Advocate.

It came up for hearing on 28.04.2017 but nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 01.05.2017 and then for 05.05.2017 but nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Today also nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Consequently, the present bail application is dismissed.

However, the order passed in this case shall not affect the right of the petitioner/accused to file the fresh bail application if he so desires.
