% 18.07.2016 The petitioner by the present petition seeks direction to the respondents to issue nomadic tribe caste certificate to the petitioner No.1 who is the minor daughter of petitioner No.2. It is submitted that the petitioner No.1 is entitled to the said certificate and has made an application with respondents on 20.07.2015. At the time of acknowledgement of the receipt of the application, the proposed date for disposal of the application was stated to be 18.09.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for issuance of a Nomadic Tribe Certificate, however, she was asked to fill the application form for scheduled caste certificate since the petitioner was informed that there is no format for making an application.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the
application is still under consideration.
Since in the acknowledgement receipt, the proposed date for disposal of the application was stated to be 18.09.2015 and admittedly till date, the application has not been disposed of, the respondents are directed to dispose of the said application within a period of three weeks from today with intimation to the petitioner. The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings available in law.
A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
