O R D E R

% 10.07.2018 By this application, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of two weeks on the ground that his mother has passed away on 15th June, 2018. According to the petitioner he was granted furlough on 26th June, 2018 after his has mother passed away on 15th June, 2018, however, he has not been able to perform the monthly ceremony which is to take place after one month of her death. He thus seeks parole for a period of two weeks after the expiry of the furlough.

Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report the factum of the death of the petitioner's mother has been verified. It is stated that the petitioner has two brother and three sisters. Petitioner's mother was initially residing at native place i.e. Bihar with elder brother (Sunil) of the petitioner and had came to Delhi two months ago W.P.(CRL) 1969/2018

where she was residing with her daughter and due to her illness she passed away on 15th June, 2018.

As per the nominal roll, the petitioner is being granted regular parole and furlough which concession he has not misused. Considering the facts verified, petitioner is granted parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his surrender 11th July, 2018 pursuant to the furlough granted by the Competent Authority on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 26th June, 2018 granting furlough to the petitioner for a period of two weeks.

Petition is disposed of.
