% 02.09.2019 IA No.12091/2019 u/S 151 CPC moved by petitioner seeking appropriate directions to the concerned authority Through the captioned IA, the petitioner is seeking the correction in the valuation report filed on the ground that the same was filed in respect of entire property/building bearing no.S-284, Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Delhi, whereas the petitioner is concerned only with S-284, Ground Floor, Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Delhi.

As per record, the valuation report was sought by the Hon'ble Court in respect of property no.S-284, Ground Floor, Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Delhi in terms of directions vide order dated 29.08.2016 whereas, valuation report of the entire said property has been filed. Accordingly issue notice to the Principal Secretary (Revenue), 5 Sham Nath Marg, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and the SDM concerned with directions to submit the valuation report within four weeks on receipt of notice in respect of property no.S-284, Ground Floor, Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Delhi upon taking steps by the Contd.....2
