This petition has been filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking to challenge the arbitral award dated 1st April, 2018.

The Plaintiff has filed an application seeking withdrawal of the present petition on the ground that the disputes have been resolved under Vivad se Vishwas -II Scheme.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Let the settlement agreement be now entered into and the payments be made in accordance with the same.
