% 23.08.2016 The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia, impugning the award dated 07.02.2016. It is seen that the present petition is bereft of any particulars. The petitioners have neither indicated their defence on merits, nor filed the relevant records of the arbitration proceedings. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for obtaining the copy of the Arbitral record and re-file the petition with better particulars within a period of four weeks from today.

The petition and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
