Since the petition is supported by the affidavit of the petitioner who is also present in Court and is identified by the learned counsel, application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to withdraw the leave to appeal petition.

CRL.L.P. 389/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner who is present in Court seeks leave to withdraw the petition as parties have settled the matter.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
