% 05.10.2016 Petitioner is stated to be a squatter squatting at Gate no.2, INA Metro Station, New Delhi. He filed certain documents to substantiate his submission. These documents have been perused. The documents do not substantiate the position that he is squatting near Gate No.2, INA Metro Station. Different vending sites are mentioned in the different documents filed by the petitioner. This Court notes the stand of the respondent that TVC has since been constituted and the petitioner may address his grievances before the TVC. Counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the judgement in W.P.(C) 10686/2015 titled Pramod Kumar Vs. NDMC to make out a case that he should be granted a status quo but this judgment is of

no help to the petitioner.

Petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC of respondent no.1 to address his grievances, if any.

Petition disposed of.
