Tlie learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the orders that are impugned in these petitions are identical to the orders considered in W.P.(C) 6539/2018 {Laxman Dass v. Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board and Ors.) and other connected matters.

They state that the issue involved in the present petition-is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in those matters.
