% 03.11.2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The impugned order is set aside. The parties are agreeable that certified scanned copies of the lease deed dated 01.06.1971, dissolution deed dated 30.04.1968 and the dissolution deed dated 30.04.1970 be provided to the plaintiffs/respondent nos.1 to 3. The said documents are to be found in the defendant's documents at pages 44, 1 & 8 respectively. The Registry is directed to have these documents scanned at a high resolution of at least 300 dpi in colour. The certified print outs of such documents be handed over to the learned counsel for the plaintiffs/respondent nos.1 to 3 as directed above. The same be done within one week from today.
