EFA(OS) (COMM) 6/2018 & CM APPL. 29419/2018 (for stay) We have heard learned counsel for the parties and are of the opinion that there is no merit in the appeal. The amount, i.e. `100 Crores, directed to be deposited with the Registry of the Court shall be kept in an appropriate fixed deposit (FDR) to be renewed from time to time subject to further orders of the Court. In case the appellant has not already deposited the amount of `100 Crores with the Registry, it shall do so within two weeks from today. The appeal is therefore dismissed as without merit along with the pending application.
