The counsel for the petitioner states that the relief claimed in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India of transfer of the probate petition from the Court where it was pending to another Court has become infructuous owing to shuffle of Judges in the District Court. He thus seeks to withdraw the petition.

The counsel for the respondent states that another relief sought is of expeditious disposal of the petition.

No such relief is found to have been sought in the petition. 4.

It will be open to the counsels to press before the concerned Court for expeditious disposal of the matter.
