In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 15th March, 2016. As there is no appearance on behalf of the defendants or their counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the defendants as well as through counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
