% 18.01.2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. This petition has been filed seeking a direction that a supplementary award be passed in respect of trees which has been left out from the main award.

After hearing the counsel for the parties, we allow this writ petition to this extent and direct that the Land Acquisition Collector shall make a supplementary award in respect of the trees in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today. The writ petition stands disposed of.
