ORDER

% 12.02.2015 Learned counsel points out that a rectification application has been made by the appellant in each of these matters, which is pending before the ITAT. In the circumstance, the Court is of the opinion that the present appeals should not proceeded with and accordingly dismissed the same with liberty to the appellant to initiate appropriate proceedings in respect of the order in the rectification proceedings. It is also open to the appellant, if so need be, to urge the grounds pleaded in support of the present proceedings, if the occasion so warrants.
