W.P.(Crl.) No.1874/2016 Pursuant to order dated 06.06.2016 the nominal roll of the petitioner has been produced.
The same is taken on record.
The petitioner seeks extension of parole granted by order dated 29.04.2016 in FIR No.302/1997 under Section 302/34 IPC, P.S. Trilok Puri, Delhi. It is contended that the petitioner has undergone the knee surgery on 08.04.2016 and was discharged from the hospital on 12.04.2016. The petitioner has been advised complete bed rest, physiotherapy, knee strengthening and icepacks by the doctor. The petitioner was examined at the Sports Injury Centre on 02.06.2016 and the doctor has advised
continuation of the physiotherapy, knee strengthening exercise and icepacks and has required a review after three weeks.
In view of the above, the parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.04.2016 which is to expire tomorrow i.e. on 09.06.2016, is extended by a further period of three weeks from today on the same terms and conditions as directed by order dated 29.04.2016. The petition is disposed of.
A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
