W.P.(C) 9987/2018 & CM Nos. 38934/2018 (stay) & 38936/2018 (delay) The solitary apprehension expressed on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, is to the effect that, the respondent No. 2, who has issued a show cause notices dated 16th November, 2017 and 16th January, 2018, (hereinafter referred to as 'the subject show cause notices'), to them, will proceed to determine the same, without permitting them to represent thereagainst and be granted an opportunity of being heard. W.P.(C) 9987/2018
Ms. Mini Pushkarna, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that, the subject show cause notices shall be determined strictly, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioners to represent in that behalf and after giving them an adequate hearing, in accordance with law. Directed accordingly.
Needless to state that, the respondent No. 2 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order, a copy of which, will be furnished to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners forthwith. No further directions are called for.
With the above directions, the petition is disposed of. Pending application also stand disposed of.
Copy of the order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master to learned counsel for the parties.
