CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 18.07.2016 By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 215/2014 under Sections 395/397/307/34 IPC registered at PS Lahori Gate on the ground that the wife of the petitioner is unwell, thus the presence of the petitioner is required for her treatment. Learned APP for the State points out towards the status report dated 30th June, 2016 whereby it was verified that the Dr. A.K. Ambesh had certified the petitioner‟s wife to be suffering from Enostosis in left iliac Bone and Prolapse disc syndrome on the basis of X-Ray. As per the allegations in the charge-sheet the petitioner was apprehended at the spot along with the pistol and a sum of `20,000/- was recovered from him. Besides the above-noted case the petitioner is also involved in 6 criminal cases.

BAIL APPLN. 1233/2016

A status report has been handed over to this Court today as per which the petitioner‟s family comprises of his two brothers who may be living separately at Meetha Pur, Delhi, however they can still look after the petitioner‟s wife.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the previous involvement of the petitioner, I find no reason to grant interim bail. Petition is dismissed.
