% 01.07.2016 Pursuant to the last order dated 29th June, 2016, we had interacted with the elder child Master Jivin on 30th June, 2016. The learned counsel for the appellant concedes that as on date, the only grievance of the appellant is with regard to the direction in the order dated 10th May, 2016 giving visitation rights everyday from 5.00 to 7.00 pm in favour of the respondent with regard to the two children (except, in the case of elder son, on those days he goes for cricket coaching) whereby the respondent was to pick up the children from the residence of the petitioner and drop them back during that period

of two hours. The respondent was given liberty to take the children to any mall or game zone or his residence.

Today, the learned counsel for the parties agree that without prejudice to their rights and contentions in the proceedings before the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, North District, Delhi, an interim arrangement be made till 16th July, 2016, the date of hearing before the Family Court and dispose of the petition. Noting the submission made by the counsel for the parties the following interim arrangement is made till 16.07.2016 - (1) Jivin and Rian will be picked up by the respondent Dr. Jayantt Prasad, the father at 5.00 PM from Shakun Park, Defence Colony on 4th July, 2016, 7th July, 2016, 11th July, 2016 and 14th July , 2016 and shall be dropped back at the same place at 7.00 PM. The respondent shall be at liberty to take the children to any Mall or game zone or his residence during that period.

(2) Jivin and Rian will be picked up by the respondent Dr. Jayantt Prasad, the father at 12 Noon from Sakun Park, Defence Colony on 2nd July, 2016 and 9th July, 2016 and shall be

dropped back at the same place at 2.00 PM. The respondent shall be at liberty to take children to any Mall or Game Zone or his resident during that period.

Mr. Sunil Mittal, learned Sr. Counsel for the respondent says that the respondent shall strictly adhere to the timings. The statement is taken on record.

The aforesaid is without prejudice to the stand of the parties before the Family Court. We are informed the mediation proceedings are listed on 8th July, 2016 The petition is disposed of.
