This case has been listed before this Court vide Order dated 23.08.2024 passed by Ld. Joint Registrar (Judicial). 2.
The Ld. Joint Registrar (Judicial) has observed that the Plaintiff has not taken any steps for serving summons upon the witnesses in compliance of Order dated 24.08.2022. The Ld. Joint Registrar (Judicial) has also observed that even the costs which was imposed on the Plaintiff vide Order dated 24.08.2022 has not been paid. Paragraph No.4 of the Order dated 23.08.2024 passed by Ld. Joint Registrar (Judicial) reads as under:- "Heard. Perusal of record would show that no steps have been taken by the plaintiff in terms of order dated 24.08.2022 despite last and final opportunity. No receipt of payment of previous total cost of Rs.8,000/- with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff. Many opportunities have already been granted to the plaintiff for examining his remaining witnesses. In the present facts The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. & circumstances, right of the plaintiff to lead further evidence stands closed."

A perusal of the Order dated 23.08.2024 indicates that the Plaintiff is not interested in pursuing the matter. Today also, there is no appearance on behalf of the Plaintiff.

The suit is therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution, along with pending application(s), if any.
