W.P.(C) 5620/2016 & CM No.23348/2016 (stay) The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an application under Section 71 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 seeking review of the impugned order dated 02.06.2016.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

On such an application being filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within the period of two weeks. The Deputy Commissioner shall pass a speaking order and the order shall be communicated to the petitioner. The petitioner

would be at liberty to take recourse, if required, against the order in accordance with law.
