CM (M) No. 613/2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 3rd June, 2016 in Ex. Petition No.250/2015 passed by the Civil Judge, Saket Court, whereby the warrants of possession were issued against the judgment debtors.

It is prayed in the petition that the order dated 3rd June, 2016 be modified to the extent that police aid be also granted for breaking open the lock if the suit premises is locked. Ordered accordingly. The petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for both the parties.
