The present petition has been filed by the complainant aggrieved by the order dated 29.01.2018 whereby the Trial Court dismissed the said complaint. The appeal preferred by the Petitioner herein against the said order was also dismissed by the Sessions Court on 31.03.2018. 2.

None appears on behalf of the Petitioner.

In addition, the order dated 06.09.2024 records that the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 have settled the matter and are in the process of framing settlement agreement. However, none appeared thereafter on the next date of hearing i.e., 14.10.2024.

In the aforesaid facts, the present petition is dismissed. Pending application stands disposed of.
