% 22.07.2016 Settlement agreement dated 11th July, 2016 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Counsel for the petitioner in view of the said settlement seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. Mr. Sanjay Lao, counsel for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that the police at this stage does not want to arrest the petitioner. In case and if they want to arrest, the police shall give five days' notice to the petitioner to enable him to take appropriate steps.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
