% 22.06.2016 The allegations against the petitioner in FIR No.133/2009 under Section 419/420/463/471/34 IPC registered at police station Jamia Nagar are that instead of appearing himself in entrance examination for Diploma Engineering course at Jamia Milia Islamia University held in the year 2009 as candidate, the petitioner conspired with co-accused Ajay Thakur and Mr. Ajay Thakur appeared in the examination by impersonating himself as the petitioner. Mr. Ajay Thakur has already been released on bail. This fact has not been disputed by the learned APP. Petitioner is in custody for last one month. Investigation is complete. Investigation Officer is present in Court and states that challan has already been prepared. Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstance, petitioner is released

on bail upon furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one local surety of the like amount.

Application is disposed of. DASTI.
