% 08.07.2016 Despite service none has appeared on behalf of the respondent. By the present petition the petitioner seeks to impugn the order of the trial court dated 3rd June, 2016 by which ex parte injunction was not granted on the first date of hearing.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. As the matter is coming up before the trial Court on 28th July, 2016, it would be appropriate that the submissions regarding the interpretation of the franchise agreement between the parties is made before the trial Court. Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make all his submissions before the trial Court on 28th July, 2016. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the trial Court pointing out the irreparable loss and injury allegedly caused to him and requesting the trial court to dispose off the present injunction application on the date already fixed i.e. on 28.7.2016. Petition stands disposed of.
