O R D E R

% 22.06.2016 Petitioner is in judicial custody in FIR No.1375/2014 under section 302 IPC registered at police station Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. She has a seven year old child, who is living with petitioner's parents. Father of the child is living in the United Kingdom.

Petitioner's child is a British National.

Petitioner seeks interim bail for getting his son admitted in a School and also to get the child's passport renewed which is stated to have expired on 13th July, 2015.

On an earlier occasion, petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 28th January, 2016 to remain present with the child at the time of his surgery. It has been admitted by the State that she did not misuse the interim bail.

Later, she was again granted interim bail to

facilitate the admission of the child in some school but the child could not be admitted in any school. On this occasion also, she surrendered after expiry of interim bail period.

In the above facts and circumstances, petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of two months from the date of her release upon furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one local surety of the like amount. Petitioner shall report to SHO of the concerned police station once in fifteen days at 11:30 am.

Application is disposed of.
