Settlement agreement dated 10.04.2018 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by which the parties have amicably resolved and settled their all disputes.

The petitioner/management has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.1,30,000/- to the respondent/workman in full and final settlement of his all claims. Both the learned counsel for the parties confirm the mediation settlement.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement dated 10.04.2018. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. It is pointed out that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.06.2016 the petitioner had deposited Rs.2 lacs with the Registry of the Court. It is agreed that out of this amount, a sum of Rs.1,30,000/- be released to the respondent/workman and remaining amount of Rs.70,000/- and the

accrued interest on the entire amount be refunded to the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
