% 19.07.2018 Present petition has been listed vide a supplementary list circulated today.

The prayers made in the petition are as under: "That in the light of the facts and circumstances of the instant case, it is most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:- A.

Allow the present application and direct the respondent, i.e., Delhi Cantonment Board to temporarily de-seal the property bearing No. H. No. CB-14, Ring Road Naraina, New Delhi - 110028 and to further direct the respondent to allow the application to take out his goods / documents / materials lying in the said property.

AND / OR B.

Pass any other Order / directions as this Hon'ble

Court deems fit in the light of the facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on May 29, 2018 more specifically in CM. No. 23269/2018, which is at Page 18 of the petition. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection with regard to the prayers made. Accordingly, respondent Delhi Cantonment Board shall effect the de-sealing of the premises for the purpose of only permitting removal of goods by the petitioner on July 24, 2018 at 11 AM for a period of 15 days, i.e., till August 7, 2018 11 AM when the respondent shall re-seal the premises. Respondent shall ensure that no industrial activity is permitted in the premises.

The petition stands disposed of.
