% 12.07.2016 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.179/2016 under Sections 417/420/465/468/471/34 IPC registered at Police Station Dwarka, Sector-23, on the complaint of one Dharmender. At the outset, learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, informs that the petitioner and the complainant have settled the matter and the sale deed with regard to the property in dispute has already been executed on 5th July, 2016. Learned counsel for the complainant also fortifies the claim of the learned APP for the State.

BAIL APPLN. 1247/2016

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/SHO concerned.

Petition stands disposed of.
