% 28.09.2016 The petitioner is stated to be unwell. Adjournment is sought. Mr. Katyal submits that the charge-sheet has been filed. The petitioner has not been named as an accused in the said charge-sheet. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/ I.O. This is subject to the condition that he joins the investigation in case he is called for.
