O R D E R

% 17.06.2016 The present petition has been filed with the request to provide the passport of Master Hriday to the petitioner; direct the respondent to provide full and free access of Master Hriday to the petitioner; direct the respondent to hand over Master Hriday during the summer vacations and any other vacations that may arise; hand over the custody of Master Hriday to the petitioner; initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent and to deposit a sum of Rs.15,12,000/- in the bank account of Master Hriday. The urgency in the present matter was that in the vacations, custody of the child was asked by the petitioner/mother. I have called the parties in person along with child in the Court. The respondent has shown his willingness to hand over the custody of the child to the petitioner/mother for a period of one week i.e. from

today itself from the Court till 26.06.2016.

From the appearance and while communicating with the petitioner/mother and respondent/father of the child, it appears that it is for the welfare of the child. Needless to say that during the custody of the child, the mother will give due care and take care of studies of the child. It is also expected from the respondent that for the betterment of the child, the child should not be disconnected with his mother. In such a scenario, the parties are expected to sit together with regard to welfare of the child and not make the child the subject matter of any litigation which may compel the child to come to the Court any more. However, if the parties are having any other grouse, they are at liberty to approach the Court without making the child as subject matter of litigation.

With the above observations, the present petition and applications are disposed of.
