% 07.08.2018 The complainant is present in Court. Since she does not have a counsel, Mr. Atul Bhuchar, Advocate is appointed as her counsel for the day. She has been handed over a balance amount of Rs. 60,000/- in compliance of the previous order. The complainant states that whatsoever may have been done, she would rather leave her unfortunate past behind her. Bank Locker No. 211 at Oriental Bank of Commerce, Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi was sealed on orders of the Trial Court in proceedings emanating from the complaint filed by respondent no. 2. Since the FIR itself has now been quashed and the complainant has received all her dues in terms of the settlement and an additional amount of Rs. 1 lac towards

reparation, the basis for sealing of the said locker dissipates. In the circumstances, the aforesaid Bank Locker shall be de-sealed, subject to its not being required for any other case. The contents of the said locker would be available for the appropriation of the Locker Holder. The petition is disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J AUGUST 07, 2018 RW
