As per the status report, the statement of Mohini was recorded on 03.08.2018 which disclosed commission of offence under Sections 354/354D and 506 IPC. Consequently, FIR No. 715/2018 stands registered on 03.08.2018 at PSUttam Nagar wherein investigation is in progress. The statement of Mohini has also been got recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C on 04.08.2018. The petitioner/accused Rajesh @ Golu has since been arrested on 05.08.2018 and is presently in J.C. He has been produced before the Court. In view of the aforesaid development, no further orders are called for
