In view of the judgment passed by this Court on 21st December, 2018 in WP(C) No. 5647/2016 (Ram Devi & Ors. vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors.), which admittedly deals with the land acquisition proceedings arising from the same notifications and culminating in the same Award, this petition is dismissed. The application is also dismissed.

2. Counsel for the Petitioner prays that the interim order dated 10th June, 2016 should be continued for a period of three weeks. The Court is not inclined to do so. The interim order dated 10th June, 2016 is hereby vacated. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
