% 13.06.2016 Stalling of installation/ affixation of electric transformer inside a public park opposite to property bearing No.175 to 178, New Rajdhani Enclave, Vikas Marg, Delhi-92, is sought in this petition. Upon notice, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits on instructions that no installation/ affixation of electric transformer is being done in the public park in question.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that if any installation of electric transformer is to be done in future, the same shall W.P.(C) 5672/2016

be done in accordance with the law.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken, this petition and application are disposed of as infructuous.
