% 17.06.2016 This order is in continuation of order of 13th June, 2016, vide which petitioner was directed to join investigation and status report was sought regarding the authenticity of e-mails of 24th December, 2015; 27th February, 2016 and 15th, 16th & 19th April, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon decisions in Prashant Bharti Vs. State of NCT of Delhi 2013 (9) SCC 293; Manoj Bajpai Vs. State of Delhi 2015 (3) JCC 1859 and decision of 26th November, 2015 of this Court in Bail Appln. 977/2015 in Vikul Bakshi Vs. State in support of this petition.

Today status report has been filed indicating that petitioner has joined investigation and the afore-noted e-mails are genuine. The aforesaid e-mails speak for itself and justify grant of pre-arrest bail to petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail upon his furnishing bail bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer concerned. The petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that any observations made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of this case.
