% 15.06.2016 Crl.M.A. 9925/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Bail Appln. 1270/2016 The present application has been moved on behalf of the accused/petitioner Praveen Babu with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail in FIR No.161/2016, under Sections 356/379/34 IPC, Police Station D.B.G. Road.

As per the FIR, the allegations levelled are that the complainant namely Smt.Sapna Kohli happened to be working as a sales girl. After discharging her duties when she was returning home, her mobile phone was snatched away by two boys who were on a Scooty. Thereafter, the FIR of the instant case was registered. The bail has been opposed by the learned APP for the State on

the ground that the said mobile phone is yet to be recovered. Apparently, this is the case of snatching of mobile phone which is yet to be recovered.

In the facts and circumstances, this Court does not find any ground for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application is accordingly dismissed.
