% 15.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he has instructions not to press this petition. He submits that the orders of 8th February, 2016, 22nd March, 2016 and 3rd May, 2016 issued by the State Officer are patently illegal. He submits that the petitioner had approached the Central Administrative Tribunal while in fact an alternate remedy is available to the petitioner.
The petitioner craves leave of this court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the learned Single Judge by filing a fresh writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. It would be open for the petitioner to seek such remedy as is available to him in accordance with law.
