% 06.08.2018 In terms of directions dated 02.08.2018, the demand draft for the sum of Rs.13,22,872/- issued by the YES Bank, New Delhi Branch in favour of PAO (Supply), New Delhi is indicated to have been deposited by the petitioner on 04.08.2018 before the Registrar General of this Court.

On behalf of the respondent, the said demand draft is sought to be withdrawn and it is submitted that the decree in Execution No.59895/16 would stand satisfied on the withdrawal of the said amount. The demand draft is allowed to be released to the respondentUnion of India through its authorized counsel by the learned Registrar General of this Court and the decree would then stand satisfied. The petition is disposed of.

The matter be placed before the learned Registrar General on 14.08.2018 at 2.30 PM.
